Sitting around the table to a nutritious and balanced weeknight dinner can feel like a rare experience these days. After a hectic day of work, errands, driving and cleaning, cooking is usually the last thing many of us want to think about when we get home.

This is where I come in. I will prepare a customized meal plan to cover dinner for an entire week. I cook all meals in-home and package them to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for later. In addition to the menu planning and cooking, my service covers the shopping and cleaning so all you have to do come dinnertime is reheat and enjoy!
